What about FAPs? I thought they were the primary senescence source.
Opposite pattern — all seven AP-1 subunits show negative coupling in FAPs. C/EBPβ leads instead (rho=0.802, p<10⁻⁵). Therapeutic implication: JNK pathway modulation for vascular SASP; FAPs need a different strategy entirely.
